Valle del Orce uses only Mediterranean salted anchovies, cleaned and prepared in a traditional way, for subsequent storage in olive oil, until used in our recipe.

Fresh and light, our Anchovy Sauce Valle del Orce is a great solution to enrich the flavour of salads and grilled or boiled vegetables.
